For some, I can not look bad and is part misleading because I was very unhealthy in my eating habits. I confess that sometimes ate three loaves of honey in one hour, while chasing a pop. I felt down well, but I have come crashing down in a few hours. I had more energy, but that's all it was. A rapid rise that does not help me in the long run. Now I am part of a group called Beach Body. I stick to my workouts more. Me not where I need to be yet, but on the road to better health and more energy than I had for years.
