FISHING IN THE DELAWARE WATER GAP NATIONAL RECREATION
Delaware Water Gap National Recreation Area has a variety of aquatic habitats and is home to two species of fish in hot water and cold water. The Delaware River offers a chance to catch perch, Muskel-slot, walleye, catfish and bluegill. Shad reach the recreational area around the lakes and ponds in May provide excellent fishing for rock bass, pike, catfish, sunfish, and bluegill.
